Green Benefits

Powder coating has been around for decades, but has recently been acknowledged for its green benefits in contrast to wet coating. Since powder coating uses ionic bonds to create a finish, it doesn’t require any solvents. Additionally, the materials used in powder are all non-toxic. Powder poses no threat to the environment and is so gentle that no special disposal methods are required.

On a smaller scale, we also participate in environmentally friendly business practices. We recycle the cardboard boxes all our powder comes in, use cloth rags to clean our parts as opposed to disposable wipes, and use our large oven as our primary heat source for our building rather than a furnace system.
